In line with the end of our financial year, we recently completed our annual appraisals across the agency. These sessions incorporate a 360-feedback process that we organise via a cool employee engagement platform called 15Five. The process allows any employee to give another feedback, regardless of title or seniority level. Off the back of this feedback, each employee creates a 6-month personal development plan thats SMART - specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
