Decoding the cybersecurity space in Australia

Challenge

ClearSale are a global fraud management and chargeback protection services company headquartered in Sao Paolo, Brazil. They came to Bud to help generate brand awareness and position their executive at the forefront of ongoing conversations related to cybersecurity in Australia.

Approach

Bud identified key themes and trends within the Australian cybersecurity scene, including recent legislative measures that would impact e-commerce businesses. From here Bud developed a series of thought leadership articles attributed to the Executive VP, Rafael Lourenco. These were pitched and then placed within key targeted publications that aligned with ClearSale’s target audience.

Impact

Over the 6-week project, Bud secured six pieces of strategic media overage including two pieces of coverage in the Technology section of Australia’s largest business newspaper, The Australian.

Developed 3 Thought leadership articles based around topical themes in the Australian cybersecurity field including recent anti-fraud legislation, CNP fraud prevention and current talent shortages in the industry.

ClearSale were so delighted with the results that they asked to continue the project with Bud at a larger and longer scale.
